Evil Dead director's new survival horror movie debuts to positive first reactions, calling it "deliciously sadistic" and "incredibly funny".
2026. Evil Dead Burn is an upcoming horror film written by Sébastien Vaniček and Florent Bernard and directed by Sébastien Vaniček.[2] Speaking to French entertainment news group Première , Vaniček also explained that the film would feature a French main character that speaks English "and finds himself surrounded by American characters", but wanted to retain a French style to the film. [3] On December 9th, 2024, Vaniček posted the cover to the scrip on his official Instagram profile, revealing that the film would be titled Evil Dead Burn , with a new release date of 2026.
