Paramount+As bodies begin dropping around the Hollywood set of STAB 3, the third film based on the gruesome Woodsboro killings, Sidney and other survivors are once again terrorized by another Ghostface killer.
Scream 3 is still a fun, engaging horror film with a number of great kills, but it lacks the focus of the first two installments. Scream had specifically attacked the clichés within horror films, and Scream 2 had analyzed how many sequels end up becoming exact recreations of their predecessors. Scream 3 tries to examine the impact that the real tragedies had on the Hollywood film industry by setting part of the adventure in Los Angeles, but the plot gets somewhat lost, as Scream 3 takes on a tone that feels a bit too serious at times.
Too many cheesy dialogs, the characters are not likable, except the original cast, and the killers motive you can see a mile away, but good twist on the whole "You, all this because of you". Kevin (9 out of 10 ) Why didn't they film this script? Aside from a few dialogue issues this is 10x better than what we got at the cinema. There could have been 4 great Scream movies instead of 3 plus 1 giant mess. Kate (6 out of 10 ) The dialogue (mostly) is spot-on to the final film but much of the settings and chronology of events are different.
