ABC is about to add another highly anticipated drama to its Tuesday night lineup in the form of RJ Decker. Based on Carl Hiaasen’s novel Double Whammy, the series stars Scott Speedman as a disgraced newspaper photographer and ex-con who starts over as a private investigator in South Florida.
