Nearly every relationship on this show has some sort of power dynamic attached to it, which makes them all interesting but also a little weird, imo. Even some of the most well loved pairings on the show (Bea/Maxine, Franky/Boomer, Franky/Bridget, Will/Bea & Will/Kaz, Bea/Allie to name a bunch) have some type of power imbalance.
