It stars Cedric the Entertainer as Calvin Butler, opinionated neighbor to Dave Johnson (Greenfield), the friendliest guy in the Midwest who moves his family to a a Los Angeles neighborhood where not everyone looks like him or appreciates his extreme neighborliness.
